Nausea issue
Excellent, clean and safe ingredients, but I experienced severe nausea after the fourth month of use, which forced me to stop. I used it again weeks later, and while the nausea eased, I still felt uncomfortable. Individual experiences may vary, but that's what I encountered in treating liver disease.

Nausea from smell
The ingredients are comprehensive and include choline for brain development; however, the smell and size of the tablets made swallowing difficult, especially in early pregnancy. The smell resembled rust and caused nausea. It's tough for sensitive noses. Although it supplements necessary ingredients for treating liver disease, I haven't noticed significant effects yet.
